Since 2014, I have successfully completed twelve interim mandates in Germany and abroad. I offer you more than 25 years of experience in finance and management positions in the automotive sector, mechanical and plant engineering, and the consumer goods industry. I am just as familiar with listed companies with matrix structures as I am with working with family businesses or private equity investors (family offices).

An internationally active German group of companies had entered into a joint venture with a Chinese founder as a minority shareholder. The project had stalled, defeating several interim managers. In my mandate, I was able to make a significant contribution to the company's successful IPO three years later.

I apply this to my mandates: As with trekking, I rely on perseverance, teamwork, clear leadership, and the willingness to push boundaries for success. This explicitly includes the willingness to make tough decisions at times.
My work is not about status symbols, but about commitment. I expect clear commitment – from clients as well as from the teams I work with. My style is pragmatic, direct, and unpretentious. I also like to be close to the action—in production, sales, or service. By interacting with the people there and with the eye of an industrial engineer, I often find the information that I, as an executive and finance manager, can translate into growth and profits.
